Shipping & Delivery Information
Lunch Orders to be delivered
Orders placed before 10.30am will be delivered to the reception or front door of your chosen address by 13.00pm at the latest, if this is not possible then we will notify you by e-mail before 12.00pm.
Once the order has been delivered we will notify you by e-mail that delivery has been made.
We currently only offer a free delivery service to Capability Green, Luton. If you require this service but are outside of this area please contact us to discuss your requirements
If you wish to cancel your lunch Order you may do so by e-mail to contact us, by no later than 11.30am on day of delivery, where a full refund will be made. You are unable to cancel orders after this time and no refund will be given.
Business Event Orders
We will need least 24 hrs notice for all Business Event Orders
All Business Event Orders will delivered at the agreed time and location. If any changes need to be made they will be discussed with the person who placed the order.
If you wish to cancel your Business event Order you may do so by e-mail to contact us, by no later than 24 hrs before the day of delivery, where a full refund will be made. You are unable to cancel orders after this time and no refund will be given.
Order collection
When placing your order please state in the additional comments box when you will be collecting your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order you will be contacted within 30 mins of your order being placed by e-mail
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you feel that the goods and services we supply are not to an acceptable standard we ask that you contact us where we will investigate your concerns and personally reply within 24hrs. If you wish to be contacted in any other way than e-mail please include your preferred method of contact in your e-mail
